⚠️ All memberships are billed monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time, but NO refunds will be issued for services already provided. If you received a service (e.g., video call) before your monthly billing date, you are responsible for completing that month’s payment to cover the service delivered. Scope of Service: Nutritional guidance provided by SustainaVal LLC is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Medical Care: If medical treatment is needed, you acknowledge that you must have your own health insurance and seek care from a qualified healthcare professional. Liability: You understand and agree that SustainaVal LLC is not responsible for misuse, misinterpretation, or incorrect application of the information shared during nutritional counseling sessions. Privacy Notice: We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. We collect contact information, health and nutrition data (for MNT services), and training/fitness progress (via ABC Trainerize). Your information is stored securely, used to provide personalized services, and is not sold. By using our services, you consent to the use of ABC Trainerize for fitness tracking purposes only. Indemnification: By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless SustainaVal LLC from any liability and to indemnify us against any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from the use of the information or services received.
