Monthly Membership

WHAT'S INCLUDED: + Monthly 45-minute video call via Google Meet or Instagram with Valery + Individualized nutrition counseling to help you meet your nutrition goals + Nutrition recommendations: calories, macronutrients, fiber, and fluid intake goals + Realistic and measurable nutrition objectives with deadlines to ensure completion + Optional: online training program through an app where you will be able to find demo videos and track your progress. Program changes every 8 weeks. Of note: these programs are meant to be used for lifestyle or aesthetic purposes, not to treat any medical conditions that require physical therapy. In-person training sessions are also not part of this service. You need at least previous basic experience with training to receive the online training program. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: Specific meal plans or printed diets with specific amounts, the purpose of the service is for you to learn and develop realistic habits that adapt to your lifestyle. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO WHEN BOOKING: please provide a Google mail (example@gmail.com) as I will share with you a private documents via Google Sheets, where I will document everything we discuss during our session. When you book this service, I will e-mail you your form so you can fill it out with your nutrition history, this will be used for the consults. By booking this service, you understand that Nutrition Counseling provided by SustainaVal LLC is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. In the event that you should require medical treatment, you are aware that you should carry your own health insurance.
