With this membership, you’ll have a dedicated 45-minute session each month to focus on your goals, adjust your macros, and get your questions answered with professional guidance. ✔️ Monthly 45-min video call for nutrition coaching. ✔️ Plan tailored to your lifestyle, goals, and preferences (NOT a menu or printed diet, if you'd like a menu please purchase a "Personalized Menu") ✔️ Monthly adjustments to macros and targets to ensure steady progress. ✔️ Personalized nutrition education so you understand your journey—without rigid diets or restrictions. ✔️ Investment: • Startup fee: $150 (first month) • Monthly Membership: $100/month (automatic card payments) ‼️ Important: This service is exclusively for nutrition. It does not include a training plan. If you’re looking for a comprehensive approach to nutrition + training, we recommend the VIP Nutrition & Training Membership.

⚠️ All memberships are billed monthly until canceled. You may cancel at any time, but NO refunds will be issued for services already provided. If you received a service (e.g., video call) before your monthly billing date, you are responsible for completing that month’s payment to cover the service delivered. Medical Care: If medical treatment is needed, you acknowledge that you must have your own health insurance and seek care from a qualified healthcare professional. Liability: You understand and agree that SustainaVal LLC is not responsible for misuse, misinterpretation, or incorrect application of the information shared during nutritional counseling sessions. Privacy Notice: We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. We collect contact information, health and nutrition data (for MNT services), and training/fitness progress (via ABC Trainerize). Your information is stored securely, used to provide personalized services, and is not sold. By using our services, you consent to the use of ABC Trainerize for fitness tracking purposes only. Indemnification: By using our services, you agree to release and hold harmless SustainaVal LLC from any liability and to indemnify us against any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from the use of the information or services received.
