About Me.

From a very young age, I developed a deep passion for food. However, that love led me to eat in amounts that exceeded what my body needed, and I lived with childhood obesity as a result. That experience ultimately gave my life a sense of purpose.
In my teenage years, I started exercising, experimenting with recipes I found online, and reading about nutrition in my free time. Although I never set out to lose weight, my body changed significantly as I adopted new habits. Over time—and with the help of my education—I learned that the key to maintaining a healthy weight isn't about restriction, but about building habits I genuinely enjoy and can sustain. Those early experiences shaped the foundation of my professional journey in nutrition.
